My name is Mark Adams, owner of sooth consulting.
I have over 20 years experience in business design, development and service improvement. My focus is on creating and driving excellence in operational and customer service environments. I design and deliver service experience strategies covering all elements of customer service operations, especially digital service design – building great teams and improving performance to ultimately deliver award winning service, most recently as part of the management team at a digital energy start up.
Over the past two years I’ve been lucky enough to start sharing my experience on podcasts, in panel discussions, presenting at online and in-person conferences and talking to companies about digital transformation.
